This is an opportunity for people working with people to ask questions regarding their work with clients and get personal guidance by Svagito. We will study case samples and investigate how to best find the underpinning and main point of a session.

Topics will be chosen according to participants' questions and could include: 

  • Finding the starting point and main theme of a session (this often differs from what a client presents as his issue)
  • Dealing with transference and counter transference
  • How to give the client a direct experience and avoid cognitive analyzing
  • When to encourage emotional expression and when not
  • What to consider when working online
  • How to create a guided meditation for a client
  • When to end a session and how to make a session round
  • Dealing with disturbances in a session
  • Principles of working with trauma and how to distinguish different trauma categories

This class is open for everyone who works with people or wants to develop their understanding in this field. Some people’s personal questions will be investigated more thoroughly. Everyone is invited to bring questions, you can email them before or ask in the meeting.
