In this course Svagito demonstrates how to combine a systemic and a somatic understanding when dealing with trauma states.

The systemic view helps us to understand why we often repeat certain situations that sometimes become traumatic for us and what needs to heal in the systemic field of a family in order to move beyond blind repetition.

Still we need to give our body the support so it can overcome and discharge the stored activated energy. Understanding the causes is not enough, just like helping the body to discharge may not be enough to come out of a repetitive cycle.

Here you can watch Svagito give demonstration sessions online and show how a combination of working with the body and simultaneously understanding how we are influenced by a collective field is sometimes necessary for finding healing and a new orientation that is not only a temporary relief. Then we have prepared the ground for meditation and a shift in consciousness.
