In this three-evening online workshop we will address feelings of unworthiness and shame that many of us carry. We will explore the origins of these emotions – and what serves healing.
Often in our life, we may not even realize how we try to conceal or make up for the genuine sense of self-worth we find lacking within ourselves. Healing begins with acceptance and self-reflection. In this workshop, we uncover the origin of such emotional wounds and the corresponding false beliefs that we adopted in early life. We challenge these negative beliefs and learn how to care for ourselves in a way that enhances authenticity, self-compassion and empowerment.
This workshop is also designed to be beneficial for people who work with others. People in helping professions often act from their own lack of self-esteem and then easily fall into the trap of either over-comforting or assuming superiority; both of which deepen a client's wound of unworthiness.
The LIVE online sessions with Svagito will include:
- teachings on the subject
- demonstration sessions
- personal inquiry
- guided meditation
- sharing with a partner
- opportunities for Q&A. Participants are welcome to submit questions in advance via email or to ask them during the online meeting.

NEW: This course starts with two evenings of 3 h each day, and then there is a 2 h follow-up meeting with the whole group, Svagito and Candra after a month. You will also have a friend from the group whom you will share with in between the course sessions in April and May. This is to support your healing and growth and also a way for you to support someone else, by just listening to them and sharing about your own experience.
