In these two classes we will especially focus on understanding bonding trauma and how healthy bonding supports, while unhealthy bonding can disturb the processing of traumatic events.

We will view trauma healing not only in a psychological, but also a spiritual context. Trauma does not only need to be a destructive, but can also become an awakening force!

In this online workshop Svagito will deal with personal questions that can be sent via e-mail beforehand, or presented in the meeting.
