Stress is a physiological response of our body to an outer stimulus and as such natural. Only if such physiological states continue over a long time uninterruptedly are they harmful. Psychological factors can either contribute to such states or help to ease them.
In these two online sessions we will examine psychological causes of stress and how changing our inner attitude and the way we look at life events can alter the way we respond to a so-called stressful situation.
Stress reduction is not only achieved by doing certain relaxation or meditation techniques or by visiting health resorts, but by becoming more conscious of how we function in life and what wrong beliefs we carry unconsciously.
Besides introducing a few stress relief methods Svagito will work with people’s personal questions about specific stressful life events and look into what unconscious desires or bonds can keep one stuck in a stressful reaction pattern.
Svagito will show two different approaches how to work with the psychology of stress, which are also helpful to anyone working with people.
