Only a person who is in touch with his or her authentic self expression can experience joy and aliveness. Because of our social conditioning that creates fear in us, we are often led away from what actually brings us joy and fulfillment. We start following a direction in life that is oriented towards ambition, comfort and security and forget to listen to our heart and inner truth. Then what is called ‘creativity’ can become merely an ego-fulfillment and lacks the beauty of authentic and spontaneous self expression.

In this online workshop we explore how we can support ourselves and sometimes others in our search for meaning and purpose in life and how to re-connect with our inner guide and deeper knowing.

Svagito will respond to personal questions and use different modalities, including Family Constellation and Male-Female energy work, to help participants to overcome blocks and fears about their true self expression and joy.
