It is essential for anyone working with people to have an understanding how to treat a person dealing with trauma or post traumatic stress and avoid re-traumatization. In this masterclass Svagito will explain how to recognize trauma states, how it affects our mind and body and what supports healing. Trauma is an experience where a person’s inner mechanism to respond to a potentially life threating situation is overwhelmed and he is unable to discharge the mobilized energy, which leads to symptoms of post traumtic stress. In this meeting we focus on how to help a disregulated nervous system to come back to its natural state of self-regulation.

In an online session without representatives one needs to do a session differently, be aware of specific limitations and possibilites when not in close proximity with the client. One has to specifically be very conscious to learn to be guided by the client’s field rather than by one’s own ideas and preoccupation.
